About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support to help draft insurance contracts and documents and administer agreements
  • Prepare standard group contracts, brochures and amendments
  • Draft insurance contracts based on the insurance application
  • Keep track of deadlines to meet production deadlines
  • Make sure that the documents created meet the client's expectations
  • Complete various administrative tasks (prepare PDF texts and post materials on company portals)
  • Update and follow up on files

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • General college diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written
  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly intermediate/advanced proficiency in Word
  • Knowledge of the group insurance industry
