About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help teams implement agile development methods
- Meet with practitioners to help them understand, introduce and apply agile principles
- Understand practitioner concerns, challenges and resistance and provide support as needed
- Develop and carry out activities to improve skills and agile processes
- Ensure best practices are followed
- Keep all agile teams focused on the overall project objective
- Coach professionals in your unit and other sectors
- Identify training needs and make recommendations
- Analyze clients’ initial environment, make recommendations and provide support when starting up or turning around agile projects
- Monitor the organization’s progress and suggest solutions tailored to its agile maturity level
- Consider clients’ current and future circumstances to identify opportunities for improvement
- Make sure agile practices, procedures, methods and tools are used efficiently
- Monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends in your field and make recommendations to develop best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
