About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee internal relationships (partners)
- Manage the portfolio, which means keeping the portfolio up to date in terms of annual financial reviews
- Identify and analyze member/client needs, develop personalized solutions, and prepare integrated service offers that balance member/client satisfaction, profitability and risk
- Analyze requests, and model and analyze financial results and projections to make recommendations to Desjardins decision-making levels (credit)
- Support account managers and analysts
- Train analysts
- Monitor the industry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
