About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sell and provide advice on life, health, disability and critical illness insurance products
Assess customer satisfaction and service quality, follow-up and make improvements as needed.
Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources.
Help target and analyze potential member/client files.
Act on business opportunities and present information to partners so that members and clients can reach their financial goals.
Monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay on top of new products and trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
Certificate of Representative in Personal Insurance – Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transportation.
Availability Monday to Friday, including two evening
