Key responsibilities & impact- Meet the savings and credit needs of members, including mortgages
- Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up on these relationships and identify areas for improvement
- Advise our members and clients on personalized strategies and work with them to set well-defined and measurable financial goals
- Stay on top of the latest financial news and track market trends and best practices to enrich your advice and anticipate your clients’ needs
- Proudly represent our financial institution to our partners and the public by participating in community activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passionate about finance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to advise clients on financing, savings, and insurance needs
