Senior Advisor, Data Engineering

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the design and building of data collection systems and platforms as part of strategic, multidisciplinary data engineering initiatives.
- Oversee the development of data pipelines, and the integration, transformation and consolidation of data from different systems into structures that are adapted to a wide range of contexts.
- Oversee the implementation, monitoring, maintenance and improvement of innovative systems that meet business needs.
- Use various script languages and tools for storing and producing highly complex sets of data.
- Oversee the development of algorithms, prototypes and proofs of concept within highly conceptually complex and innovative projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems based on trends and behaviours, anticipate underlying impacts of changes and ensure that data management services are enhanced.
- Establish and draft IT best practices, procedures and choices.
- Advise and train teams on data engineering procedures, and improve them to make data processing more efficient.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
