About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
- Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
- Collaborate closely with project developer and business analyst to meet user needs
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders and engage others effectively
- Establish product backlog for projects and mandates
- Advise clients and partners on strategic projects and mandates
- Develop policies and standards to support strategic projects
- Identify major problems and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
- Coach other product owners and represent Desjardins Group's position in negotiations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
