About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to Desjardins teams
- Assist in administering specialized products and member/client accounts
- Advise and assist clients and internal partners
- Develop tools, methods, and processes
- Propose recommendations, solutions, and action plans
- Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations, and prepare reports
- Interpret and enforce unit policies, practices, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
