About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and maintaining lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients
- Advising members and clients on the best strategies and working with them to identify expected results
- Managing business relationships, assessing member/client satisfaction and service quality
- Staying up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices
- Participating in outreach activities and representing the caisse in the community
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
