About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support for projects, complex operational issues, and event logistics
- Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis
- Serve as resource person for the submission of solutions and action plans
- Help practitioners follow your unit’s standards and processes and use its business solutions, tools and systems
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, formulate and coordinate marketing calendar activities to promote products and services
- Support marketing budget planning and day to day tracking of marketing budget spend and collaborate with finance team to reconcile spend and forecast accruals
- Facilitate documentation to help internal teams understand and utilize marketing processes effectively
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations through automation tools and improved workflows and processes
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing automation, data analytics, and customer engagement
- Completes return on investment scenarios, identifies successful campaigns, and supports business case analysis and showcase development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Marketing Communications or in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in Marketing
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or client
- Intermediate knowledge with CRM/Marketing Automation Platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
