About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the project sponsor and oversee a work team involved in cross-sector projects and initiatives
Participate in all the different project phases, from design to rollout
Identify goals, strategies and approaches, and coordinate efforts for large-scale, innovative projects
Manage, monitor and communicate the roadmap and budget
Identify and handle project issues and risks
Prepare reports and status updates for the project sponsor and other decision-making bodies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Un minimum de six ans d’expérience pertinente in project management experience, delivering cross-functional initiatives in a regulated or financial services environment
Advanced experience managing external vendors, partners and customers
Advanced experience managing multiple parallel initiatives
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Demonstrated experience working on credit cards, payments or lending related initiatives, preferably within a credit union or banking environment
Proven ability to manage external vendors, partners and customers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives
