About the role
- Provide personalized member/client service and experience to clients with complex needs.
- Be attentive to the needs of members and clients and propose personalized and effective solutions that meets their needs and expectations.
- Seize business opportunities and provide personalized advice for optimal business development.
- Work with the advisor to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings and follow up on member and client requests.
- Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations.
- Proactively inform members and clients about our digital solutions and equip them to interact with Desjardins using their preferred method.
- Help manage the advisor's agenda and emails.
- Acquire and cultivate a good knowledge and understanding of Desjardins products and services and competitors' offers.
Requirements
- Attestation of Collegial Studies
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Understand financial documents used in the field of wealth management.
- All products and services available to caisse members and those offered in Desjardins business centers, the components and in the Desjardins distribution networks.
- Integration of financial data into systems.
- Notions of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services.
- Good grasp of the philosophy and fundamentals of a financial services cooperative.
- Operational procedures for financing and investment activities.
- Operational procedures for convenience services and products as well as automated and assisted transactions.
- Operational procedures for opening accounts, selling complementary products and services and those related to AccordD financing.
- Desjardins business processes (e.g., sales, solicitation and negotiation processes).
- Service standards.
