About the role
- Advise members and clients on the most effective strategies and collaborate with them to define expected outcomes
- Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up to date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field
- Participate in outreach activities and represent Caisse Desjardins in the community
Requirements
- Diploma from a trade school or college in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Proficiency in French is required
