About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help purchase or rent goods and services for the organization
- Responsible for sourcing and procurement of goods and services, asset management, and contract management
- Research and analyze processes, information management and data processing
- Submit solutions and action plans and take corrective action as needed
- Follow up and verify as needed to meet quality standards and follow purchasing and procurement processes
- Prepare documents and validate information for day-to-day purchasing and procurement management
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
