About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide personalized member/client service and experience to clients with complex needs
- Be attentive to the needs of members and clients and propose personalized and effective solutions that meets their needs and expectations
- Seize business opportunities and provide personalized advice for optimal business development
- Work with the advisor to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings and follow up on member and client requests
- Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations
- Proactively inform members and clients about our digital solutions and equip them to interact with Desjardins using their preferred method
- Help manage the advisor's agenda and emails
- Acquire and cultivate a good knowledge and understanding of Desjardins products and services and competitors' offers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Attestation of Collegial Studies
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Understand financial documents used in the field of wealth management
- All products and services available to caisse members and those offered in Desjardins business centers
- Integration of financial data into systems
- Notions of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services
- Good grasp of the philosophy and fundamentals of a financial services cooperative
- Operational procedures for financing and investment activities
- Operational procedures for convenience services and products as well as automated and assisted transactions
- Operational procedures for opening accounts, selling complementary products and services and those related to AccordD financing
- Desjardins business processes (e.g., sales, solicitation and negotiation processes)
