About the role
- Work with the senior advisor to develop project objectives and research innovative trends and concepts in experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and storytelling, while validating their budgetary, technical and operational feasibility.
- Develop project plans (timelines, milestones, high-level budget breakdowns) and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan on-the-ground resources (ambassadors, hosts), support the selection process and ensure quality deliverables and superb execution.
- Contribute to post-project follow-up, including data collection, debrief meetings, reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Availability for occasional travel on weeknights and weekends (about 10% of the time) to cover certain events across Quebec, depending on the assignment
