About the role
- Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes.
- Recommend tailored recruitment strategies
- Proactively develop new recruitment sources.
- Build and manage talent pools

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
