Develop omnichannel solutions for auto insurance and lead strategic projects
Facilitate communication between Business and IT teams to ensure consistency in product evolution
Understand business needs and assess impacts on stakeholders and the organization
Ensure follow-up from requirements definition through operational integration
Interact with a wide range of stakeholders and balance diverse interests
Provide mobilizing leadership in change management to guide solution adoption and ensure clear communication
Collaborate in defining the product vision and ensure alignment with business objectives
Ensure solutions meet the needs of members, clients, and business sector and maintain consistency across channels (online, contact center, etc.)
Prioritize project anomalies based on organizational value
Work with architects and business analysts to identify needs, impacts, dependencies, and ensure traceability of requirements
Lead definition of delivery and change management strategies and act as person responsible for operational integration
Contribute to solution monitoring and support teams through deployment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of six years of experience in product management or a related role
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in auto insurance
Experience managing projects delivered outside of agile methodology
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
