About the role

  • Perform a variety of secretarial tasks, including drafting, formatting, updating, producing, and proofreading informational documents from various departments
  • Handle various administrative duties related to internal operations (sales follow-up, dashboards, expense report tracking, inventory and equipment management, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Support the manager with calendar management and follow-up, phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Prepare for and attend various meetings, including management committee meetings. Take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Assist with the logistical organization of events (team meetings, committees, assemblies, travel, public relations activities, etc.)
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and monitor the budget throughout the year (analysis and explanation of variances).

Requirements

  • Diploma from a trade/vocational school in a related field
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
