About the role
- Serve, prospect for, solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with members and clients
- Sell securities products and services through various distribution channels based on member/client needs
- Respond to and manage special information requests from clients
- Promote and sell specialized products and services in line with the unit’s business objectives and strategies
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
- Analyze member/client needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offerings
- Support current and potential members and clients, represent the organization, and assist in negotiating agreements with clients
- Provide administrative support in compliance, budget monitoring, and management of administrative staff
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding policies and procedures
- Coordinate with support services to resolve routine operational issues
- Supervise deposit processing for client cheques and handle related operational tasks
- Assist in recruiting and hiring administrative staff for branches
Requirements
- Attestation of Collegial Studies or equivalent college diploma
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Proficiency in French is required
