About the role

  • Serve, prospect for, solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with members and clients
  • Sell securities products and services through various distribution channels based on member/client needs
  • Respond to and manage special information requests from clients
  • Promote and sell specialized products and services in line with the unit’s business objectives and strategies
  • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
  • Analyze member/client needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offerings
  • Support current and potential members and clients, represent the organization, and assist in negotiating agreements with clients
  • Provide administrative support in compliance, budget monitoring, and management of administrative staff
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with support services to resolve routine operational issues
  • Supervise deposit processing for client cheques and handle related operational tasks
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring administrative staff for branches

Requirements

  • Attestation of Collegial Studies or equivalent college diploma
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Mutual Fund Representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • Proficiency in French is required
