About the role
- Support members and clients by informing them about existing applications and digital tools that enable them to complete transactions and manage their accounts independently.
- Welcome members and customers warmly and courteously; quickly identify their needs to direct them to the appropriate colleague or alternative distribution channels.
- Contribute to business development and maintain client relationships through service delivery and related activities.
- Assist members and clients who have experienced fraud or discrepancies, ensuring they are referred to the appropriate partners.
- Collaborate with personal financial advisors to improve and enhance the service offered to members.
