About the role
- Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
- Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
- Collaborate with the project developer and business analyst to ensure user needs are met
- Manage relationships with the project’s various stakeholders
- Play a leadership role during planning, feasibility and development projects
- Make recommendations on the development and delivery of complex projects
- Serve as a specialized advisor in the field and act as a contact and coach for decision makers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
