About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Representatives to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the establishment and maintenance of business relationships with assigned advisors and clients through proactive communication.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for client inquiries and service issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client and advisor experience.
  • Monitor service metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Support the implementation of new sales and service initiatives, ensuring alignment with team goals.
  • Stay current with industry standards, product updates, and service innovations to guide team development and client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing teams in a client-facing environment
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency in English and French due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English and French speaking partners, members and/or clients
