About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Representatives to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of business relationships with assigned advisors and clients through proactive communication.
- Act as a senior escalation point for client inquiries and service issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client and advisor experience.
- Monitor service metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support the implementation of new sales and service initiatives, ensuring alignment with team goals.
- Stay current with industry standards, product updates, and service innovations to guide team development and client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of seven years of relevant experience
- Experience managing teams in a client-facing environment
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency in English and French due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English and French speaking partners, members and/or clients
