About the role
- Provide technical support for projects and complex operational issues related to property and casualty insurance underwriting
- Develop underwriting solutions in accordance with current standards and each file’s unique circumstances
- Serve as resource person for the application of underwriting rules
- Help employees develop their technical skills
- Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis related to property and casualty insurance underwriting
- Submit solutions and action plans
- Help practitioners follow your unit’s standards and processes and use its business solutions, tools and systems
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Representative’s certificate in damage insurance (AMF)
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
