About the role

  • Act as a content expert by coordinating the creation and production of short and long-form content (panel discussions, executive speeches, long-format conferences) for speaking engagements within partnerships, sponsorships, and industry events.
  • Ensure consistency between messages that are part of the strategy and convey them through various opportunities.
  • Brief, guide, and support external writers and agencies; ensure the quality and relevance of deliverables.
  • Prepare and support presenters/panelists (Q&A, coaching, rehearsals, adjustments).
  • Leverage visibility opportunities that come with sponsorships in collaboration with the Donations and Sponsorship Advisor and maximize exposure.
  • Ensure validations (legal, compliance, branding, etc.) with stakeholders and adherence to sound business practices.
  • Actively participate in squad meetings.
  • Analyze and monitor market trends.
  • Stay alert to new high-visibility events for the business line that can showcase our content and demonstrate our expertise.
  • Act as a resource person and coach for both colleagues and partners.
  • Measure event performance and share outcomes (post-mortem, recommendations, measurement tools).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, journalism, marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Experience in content production related to sponsorships, major events, and 360 campaigns
  • Experience collaborating with advertising agencies on large-scale campaigns and events
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Expert-level proficiency in written and spoken French
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Knowledge of the financial sector, particularly Group Insurance and/or Group Retirement Savings
