About the role
- Represent the voice of the client in projects
- Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
- Work in close collaboration with project developer and business analyst
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Lead and influence squads’ specialists and the various stakeholders
- Establish product backlog for projects, mandates and development activities
- Advise clients and partners on strategic mandates
- Oversee development and updating of policies, standards, models and programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
