- Support the Manager, Non-Financial Business Risks by providing leadership to a team of 12 professionals
- Ensure optimal planning and ongoing monitoring of mandates
- Actively support the business lines in understanding operational risks
- Consolidate the management of risk and controls, test effectiveness and implement action plans
- Monitor the portfolio and market, analyze causes, and anticipate impacts of changes and risks
- Promote teamwork and ensure alignment with risk partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a team management, coordination or supervision role
- Experience in operational risk
- Experience writing at the executive level
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of the banking sector
