About the role

  • Installation of hardware and software for production and administrative areas
  • Monitoring, expansion and documentation of the entire server and network infrastructure (Windows servers, Linux servers, network, firewall, etc.)
  • Procurement, installation, configuration, commissioning and maintenance of networked IT systems
  • Supporting employees in resolving software and hardware issues
  • Independent planning and implementation of internal IT projects (including cross-departmental projects)
  • Process simplification, process optimization and process documentation
  • Responsible for the setup and administration of Active Directory and the management of our cloud systems

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in computer science, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong time management and self-management skills
  • Responsible, reliable and a team player
  • Independent, reliable and detail-oriented working style
  • Discretion and strong service orientation
  • Fluent German (spoken and written)
