About the role
- Installation of hardware and software in production and administrative environments
- Monitoring, expansion and documentation of the entire server and network infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux servers, network, firewall, etc.)
- Procurement, installation, configuration, commissioning and maintenance of networked IT systems
- Assisting our staff with resolving software and hardware issues
- Independent planning and implementation of internal IT projects (including cross-departmental projects)
- Process simplification, process optimization and process documentation
- Responsibility for the setup and administration of Active Directory and support of our cloud systems
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in computer science, or comparable practical experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good time- and self-management skills
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Independent, dependable and precise working style
- Discretion and a strong service orientation
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
