Content Writer

• Develop, write, edit and proofread high-quality content for tender submissions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and convert it into clear, compelling and persuasive bid responses.
• Produce and maintain project data sheets, staff CVs, capability statements and other supporting documentation.
• Ensure all content aligns with Designer Group's brand, tone of voice and quality standards.
• Maintain a library of standard responses and reusable content to support continuous improvement of bid content.
• Work with Business Development, Operations and technical teams to capture project information and client success stories.
• Review tender documentation to ensure written responses address client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Assist with presentation materials and other business development documentation as required.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
