About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes
Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions as needed
Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (required)
Strong knowledge of GAAP (required)
Required: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, preferred. QB Online acceptable
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
