About the role
- Operational support for conferences, meetings and events at the Berlin location.
- Professional greeting, briefing and assistance for our guests.
- Ensuring cleanliness, order and compliance with our company standards.
- Independently setting up rooms for events.
- Supporting F&B ordering, inventory management and material coordination.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in banqueting, guest service, or stewarding — ideally with initial leadership experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).
- Very good communication skills in German and English.
