About the role
- Responsibility for revenue, customer retention and lead management in Essen, Bonn, Düsseldorf and Cologne – from cold calling to contract closing
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships as well as proactively acquire new clients in the events sector
- Represent Design Offices at trade shows, events and site visits – you are our external point of contact
- Cross-selling, reporting and CRM data maintenance are a natural part of your daily sales activities
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in event or MICE sales, ideally in hotels, event venues or agencies
- Established network and market knowledge in the North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) region
- Structured way of working, strong organizational skills and confident use of MS Office
- Very good German and English skills and a confident, communicative manner
