About the role

  • Responsibility for revenue, customer retention and lead management in Essen, Bonn, Düsseldorf and Cologne – from cold calling to contract closing
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships as well as proactively acquire new clients in the events sector
  • Represent Design Offices at trade shows, events and site visits – you are our external point of contact
  • Cross-selling, reporting and CRM data maintenance are a natural part of your daily sales activities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in event or MICE sales, ideally in hotels, event venues or agencies
  • Established network and market knowledge in the North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) region
  • Structured way of working, strong organizational skills and confident use of MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills and a confident, communicative manner
