About the role
- Define and execute the demand generation strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives;
- Manage lead acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (digital, inbound, outbound, events, partners);
- Structure and optimize the marketing and sales funnel, ensuring lead quality and volume;
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements;
- Manage and develop the performance marketing, content, and SDR teams (where applicable);
- Define and oversee SLAs between Marketing and Sales, ensuring efficiency in conversion;
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring the best return on investment (ROI);
- Implement growth tests and strategies (A/B testing, conversion rate optimization);
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams;
- Ensure efficient use of CRM and marketing automation tools;
- Create management reports and dashboards to support decision-making;
- Monitor market trends and propose new acquisition and growth strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Growth, or Business preferred;
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth, with experience in technology companies or B2B businesses;
- Prior experience leading marketing or performance teams;
- Planning and execution of demand generation strategies (inbound and outbound);
- Management of sales funnel and customer journey;
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
