About the role

  • Define and execute the demand generation strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives;
  • Manage lead acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (digital, inbound, outbound, events, partners);
  • Structure and optimize the marketing and sales funnel, ensuring lead quality and volume;
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvements;
  • Manage and develop the performance marketing, content, and SDR teams (where applicable);
  • Define and oversee SLAs between Marketing and Sales, ensuring efficiency in conversion;
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring the best return on investment (ROI);
  • Implement growth tests and strategies (A/B testing, conversion rate optimization);
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams;
  • Ensure efficient use of CRM and marketing automation tools;
  • Create management reports and dashboards to support decision-making;
  • Monitor market trends and propose new acquisition and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Growth, or Business preferred;
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth, with experience in technology companies or B2B businesses;
  • Prior experience leading marketing or performance teams;
  • Planning and execution of demand generation strategies (inbound and outbound);
  • Management of sales funnel and customer journey;
  • Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
