About the role

Support the drafting and review of internal documents, policies, work instructions and procedures across all company areas, including Compliance.
Monitor and handle incidents of misconduct and process deviations.
Support and participate in risk management meetings with company departments.
Conduct due diligence on suppliers, partners and third parties using the Be Compliance tool.
Participate in and present Compliance-related improvement needs to the SGSIP Committee.
Perform monthly updates of the area's performance indicators.
Deliver presentations during the onboarding process for new employees.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Process Management.
Postgraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Governance and Compliance or a related field is desirable.
Experience in Compliance within companies or specialized consultancy.
Knowledge of due diligence (individuals and legal entities), ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and the Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Intermediate English.
