About the role

  • Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis, including MBR (Monthly Business Review) and MOR (Monthly Operating Review), with a focus on actuals, forecasts, and pipeline performance
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including accruals related to events and product offerings
  • Own the annual budgeting process, partnering with business leaders to align revenue and cost plans, including price/volume analysis and bottoms-up forecasting across products and segments
  • Develop and deliver Board of Directors materials, including financial statements, forecasts, and key business insights
  • Manage and optimize ERP systems and financial reporting tools to support business operations and decision-making
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to Products, Sales, Marketing, and Production teams, providing insights and guidance to drive execution against business plans

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership essentials as described above
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles within service-based organizations
  • Proven experience building and leading annual budgets, long-range plans (LRP), and rolling forecasts
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including driver-based planning, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast), profitability analysis (by product, customer, or segment), and cost structure optimization
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs, developing dashboards, and delivering clear, actionable reporting
  • Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate data into meaningful business insights that inform decision-making
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
