Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis, including MBR (Monthly Business Review) and MOR (Monthly Operating Review), with a focus on actuals, forecasts, and pipeline performance
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including accruals related to events and product offerings
Own the annual budgeting process, partnering with business leaders to align revenue and cost plans, including price/volume analysis and bottoms-up forecasting across products and segments
Develop and deliver Board of Directors materials, including financial statements, forecasts, and key business insights
Manage and optimize ERP systems and financial reporting tools to support business operations and decision-making
Serve as a strategic finance partner to Products, Sales, Marketing, and Production teams, providing insights and guidance to drive execution against business plans

Requirements

Demonstrated leadership essentials as described above
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
10+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles within service-based organizations
Proven experience building and leading annual budgets, long-range plans (LRP), and rolling forecasts
Strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including driver-based planning, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
Demonstrated experience in variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast), profitability analysis (by product, customer, or segment), and cost structure optimization
Experience defining and tracking KPIs, developing dashboards, and delivering clear, actionable reporting
Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate data into meaningful business insights that inform decision-making
Strong business acumen with the ability to partner cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
