About the role
- Collect CME program outcome data
- Develop PowerPoint or other document templates for presenting outcomes. Iterate on these templates as CME trends and grantor needs shift
- Support grants team in creating outcomes for needs assessments
- Consult with grant coordinator and Chief Medical Officer around required KPIs needed to be shown in outcomes
- Identify ways to analyze outcomes to support education success
- Communicate and explain outcomes as needed or allowed to grant funders in collaboration with the CMO
- Build outcome results for consumption for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in capturing questions and creating of pre/post-test evaluations
- Assist CME grant operations team with other Ad-Hoc tasks
Requirements
- 4-year degree from an accredited institution
- 1+ years of work experience in continuing medical education at any part of the grant lifecycle, but preference for experience in developing outcomes
- Familiarity with CME/CE standards and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Superior organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, and Power Point), preferred
- proficiency in Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP
