About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full sales cycle for new partnership schools
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective esthetic and cosmetology schools
- Drive consistent reorders of dermalogica student kits and wholesale retail inventory
- Manage the East Coast portfolio of partnership schools as key accounts
- Represent dermalogica at East Coast tradeshows, beauty conferences, and career fairs
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and activity reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS preferred
- Minimum of 4-7 years of professional experience in field sales
- Proven track record of opening new accounts
- Experience selling to schools, franchises, or multi-site decision-makers strongly preferred
- Strong prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in standard sales tools
