About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute a national MedSpa expansion strategy to drive new account acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Business Development Managers.
  • Own relationships with national and regional MedSpa chains.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close high-value MedSpa opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree
  • 7+ years in sales: MedSpa, aesthetics, or skincare industry required
  • Experience in new business development and account management
  • Experience leading sales teams
  • Existing relationships with MedSpa chains preferred
  • Understanding of advanced treatments and retail dynamics
  • Ability to close complex deals
  • Clean driving record.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ideal residency in Chicago Metro or Dallas/Houston, TX
