Senior National Sales Manager – MedSpa, Strategic Accounts

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute a national MedSpa expansion strategy to drive new account acquisition and revenue growth
- Identify opportunities across independent MedSpas, regional groups, and enterprise chains
- Develop scalable approaches to penetrate priority markets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Business Development Managers
- Establish KPIs, activity metrics, and accountability frameworks
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on new account openings and revenue delivery
- Conduct field rides and performance reviews
- Own relationships with national and regional MedSpa chains
- Negotiate and secure enterprise-level partnerships
- Prospect, pitch, and close high-value MedSpa opportunities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline
- Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Commercial teams
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Analyze sales performance and market trends
- Represent Dermalogica at industry events and conferences
- Build strong brand presence within the MedSpa community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree
- 7+ years in sales: MedSpa, aesthetics, or skincare industry required
- Experience in new business development and account management
- Experience leading sales teams
- Existing relationships with MedSpa chains preferred
- Understanding of advanced treatments and retail dynamics
- Ability to close complex deals
- Clean driving record
- Strong presentation skills
- Travel requirements up to 60%
