About the role
- Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of professional events.
- Manage logistics, packing/unpacking, vendor communications, and asset tracking.
- Draft creative briefs and collaborate cross-functionally with design teams.
- Assist in managing digital campaigns, including email and paid social.
- Track campaign performance and compile post activation reports.
- Help manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in the skin health or medical aesthetics industry strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
