About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a product or functionality from conception through delivery across the full SDLC and AI-DLC, from discovery to release
Develop initiatives, epics, and user stories, documenting detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira
Hold regular grooming sessions with development to maintain at least three sprints of ready backlog
Collaborate with other teams to align dependent workstreams and ensure on-time execution
Analyze the impact of initiatives on client satisfaction and business outcomes
Communicate project status, risks, and resource requirements to stakeholders
Maintain documentation of requirements, acceptance criteria, project plans, and progress reports
Work independently to drive initiatives forward
Validate developed functionality before presenting it to the broader organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of professional experience in product management
Experience owning a product or service from conception through delivery
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC & AI-DLC)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Strong understanding of capital markets and OTC derivatives, including interest rate, FX, and commodity derivatives
Experience with Jira and active product backlog management and prioritization
Ability to work autonomously
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to articulate priorities and user impact to stakeholders
Ability to multitask across concurrent projects
Skill in documenting detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
Proficiency in rapid prototyping
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work remotely in the USA
