Cloud Engineer

• Design and own AWS multi-account architectures, including VPC networking, security controls, and shared-services patterns to support AI workloads.
• Build and maintain scalable compute environments using ECS Fargate, EKS, and Lambda for both application and model hosting.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK (preferred) or Terraform to define and manage the entire AI platform stack.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, incorporating blue/green and canary strategies for model deployments.
• Architect and operate data services including RDS (Aurora), S3, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, pgvector) to support RAG and other AI patterns.
• Partner with the AI Innovation Group to operationalize models using AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Implement comprehensive observability for infrastructure and model performance, monitoring for latency, drift, and resource utilization.
• Ensure platform resilience and security, defining disaster recovery strategies and enforcing strict IAM policies for sensitive data.

Senior Platform Engineer – Cloud Architecture, AI Platforms

QA Engineer

• Lead and mentor the existing QA team to be quality enablers who embed in sprint planning, collaborate with developers and product managers throughout the development process, and drive a culture where the whole team owns quality outcomes
• Define and execute QA strategy that emphasizes automation, early quality involvement, and shared ownership across Product, Engineering, Design, and Infrastructure teams—partnering with Product Owners to strengthen acceptance criteria and collaborating with Engineering to improve automated test coverage across CI/CD pipelines
• Apply domain expertise in derivatives workflows—including interest rate swaps, FX trades, commodity hedging, and hedge accounting—to guide risk-based testing approaches and identify critical test scenarios across pre-trade analytics, execution, and post-trade monitoring
• Drive quality and performance culture by ensuring teams consider monitoring, observability, test coverage, and regression strategy as part of "done," establishing metrics and KPIs that reflect team-wide quality ownership and deployment success
• Act as a quality advisor (not gatekeeper) in release planning and incident reviews, continuously assessing and improving QA tools, automation frameworks, and testing processes to enable faster, safer releases.
