About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver actionable financial and operational insights that help stakeholders achieve growth, efficiency, and profitability goals
- Support development of business cases, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholder
- Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes
- Use automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis of monthly business performance against budget
- Assist in preparing executive-level reporting materials, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams
- Monitor and analyze key SaaS and operational metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, and gross margin
- Translate large and complex datasets into clear recommendations and insights
- Support ad hoc analysis to evaluate business performance and strategic opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in analytical or strategic finance roles, preferably within Investment Banking and FP&A, or Strategic Finance in a B2B SaaS organization
- Proven track record of building financial models and conducting ad hoc analysis to distill complex business problems into actionable insights and influence decision-making
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) to support modeling, analysis, and reporting workflows
- Curious, proactive, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, insights, and business outcomes
