About the role

  • Act as the technical voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their needs are prioritised and understood by Product and Engineering teams.
  • Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify technical bottlenecks or risks in the customer journey and develop strategic plans to resolve them.
  • Translate complex customer business goals into technical roadmaps, ensuring our solutions scale with their growth.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and technical health metrics for your assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex technical integrations and troubleshooting SaaS platform issues.
  • Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Data-driven approach to identifying trends, measuring success, and reporting on account health.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to drive customer success.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
