About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop deep understanding of clients’ businesses, challenges, goals, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities
  • Develop annual media strategies aligned with broader business objectives
  • Lead recurring meetings with client-side leadership on performance, goals, trends, and strategic opportunities
  • Build relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as a trusted day-to-day partner
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth by identifying needs, risks, and opportunities
  • Navigate and resolve account issues, escalating when appropriate
  • Represent Client Partnership across client, vendor, and internal conversations
  • Drive integrated strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Strategy, Analytics, Data Science, Data Tech, Creative, and Measurement
  • Lead strategic responses to briefs and develop points of view across media, data, technology, and emerging opportunities
  • Connect cross-channel performance and translate analysis into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Review cross-channel reporting and client-facing deliverables for cohesive, high-quality output
  • Improve collaboration, workflows, reporting, and operational consistency across teams
  • Support employee retention, mentor junior team members, and contribute to direct reports’ development where applicable
  • Maintain visibility across budgets, pacing, testing, reporting, deliverables, and account workstreams
  • Produce clear documentation, performance updates, narratives, and executive-ready client materials
  • Build stakeholder alignment and shared accountability across cross-functional teams
  • Quickly develop expertise across new platforms, verticals, products, and business challenges
  • Identify inconsistencies, pacing concerns, risks, and gaps before they reach clients
  • Translate between media activation, strategy, analytics, data, creative, and measurement disciplines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7+ years of experience in client partnership, account management, media, or related agency roles
  • Demonstrated experience operating at a Senior Manager or equivalent level
  • B2B and Enterprise experience is a MUST
  • Experience with media planning, campaign execution, budget management, forecasting, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across media, strategy, analytics/data, creative, and other disciplines
  • Strong client relationship skills and experience communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Experience translating complex media performance into clear, actionable client narratives and recommendations
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple complex workstreams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Experience mentoring or developing junior team members
  • Direct people management experience is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
