About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop visual concepts and creative territories across social, digital, video, experiential, and emerging platforms.
- Partner closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Motion, Visual Design, and Creative leadership to create integrated campaign ideas and audience experiences.
- Lead visual storytelling throughout the creative process, from concept development and presentation through production and final delivery.
- Contribute to pre-production planning, production, and post-production to ensure creative intent is maintained throughout execution.
- Partner with Generative AI Artists to explore AI-assisted visual development and emerging creative workflows.
- Present creative work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating the rationale behind visual decisions.
- Mentor and support Associate Art Directors, helping elevate creative thinking, craft, and execution across the team.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence and attention to detail.
- Stay connected to culture, design, technology, and emerging trends to continually push the work forward.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social-first content, and video-driven work.
- Prior social agency experience or relevant experience with a track record of navigating high-volume, high-visibility accounts.
- On-set and content production experience (domestic or international), including working with video directors, editors, and producers.
- Strong client presentation and communication skills - you can confidently present ideas, take feedback in stride, and advocate for great creative.
- Excellent design sensibility and a strategic eye for layout, typography, motion, and branding. Additionally, deep knowledge of social best practices for optimal performance.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset - you bring energy to brainstorms, jump in where needed, and support your teammates with generosity and respect.
- A creative portfolio that shows your eye for design, your range in digital, video, and your ability to turn strategy into scroll-stopping creative.
