Key responsibilities & impact

Master the three pillars of traditional SEO: Content, Tech, and Authority
Learn to navigate advanced data analysis tools, map out robust SEO strategies, and build actionable roadmaps
Get a head start on the next generation of search with deep dives into AI search and GEO
Learning by doing is our mantra. Each theoretical module is rounded off with a practical internal assignment. Once you've built a rock-solid foundation, you’ll step right into real client work, collaborating with clever minds for some of the biggest Dutch and global brands.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably with a focus on marketing, business, or data)
A strong affinity for the sweet spot where technology meets creativity
Excellent command of both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Prior experience with SEO/GEO is a nice bonus, but absolutely not a dealbreaker. Your drive and curiosity matter more
A mindset defined by eagerness to learn, proactiveness, strong analytical skills, and the independence to own your growth
The ambition to finish the seven-month traineeship and officially launch your career as a Junior SEO/GEO consultant at DEPT®
