About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development of campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts across channels and audiences.
  • Partner closely with Art Directors and creative teams to create integrated ideas and audience experiences.
  • Present creative work confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating the rationale behind messaging decisions.
  • Mentor Associate Copywriters and help elevate the quality of writing and storytelling across the team.
  • Leverage AI-assisted creative workflows to accelerate ideation, explore narrative territories, and improve creative effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or integrated campaign development.
  • A portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, storytelling excellence, and conceptual creativity.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience behavior, and content ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and persuasive communication.
