About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Steer the programmatic strategy for high-profile clients
- Direct the implementation of 1st and 3rd party data strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Lead the evaluation and onboarding of new programmatic tech partners
- Partner with Search, Social, and SEO leads for a Total Media approach
- Identify and pitch proactive growth opportunities within portfolio

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of programmatic experience
- Expertise in the Ecosystem: Deep knowledge of programmatic landscape
- Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in multiple DSPs and Ad Servers
- Leadership Presence: Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Analytical Vision: Interpret complex data sets for strategic recommendations
- Proactive Problem Solving: Get sh*t done mentality
